Your home has a lot of moving parts. With House Manager, Secure Shield keeps them moving while you're away. We arrange the services your home needs, meet the providers, make sure the work gets done, and have everything ready when you arrive.

With most home services, you're still the one making calls, scheduling appointments, and wondering whether the work got done. House Manager takes that off your plate. When your home needs attention, Gail identifies the need, contacts the right provider, schedules the visit, meets them at the property, checks the completed work, and reports back to you. You hear about the result, not every step along the way.

How House Manager Works

  1. Regular Home Watch visits: House Manager includes Secure Shield's scheduled Home Watch inspections, so we're regularly at your home and know when something needs attention.
  2. We arrange the service: we contact the right provider and schedule the work for you.
  3. We're there: we meet the provider at your home and give them access.
  4. We check the work: when the job is done, we look it over and follow up on anything that isn't right.
  5. We keep you informed: you get the update, without making the calls.

Ready for Your Arrival

Before you arrive, we make sure scheduled services are complete and your refrigerator and bar are stocked to your preferences, so you can walk in and start enjoying your time there.

Trusted Providers

Secure Shield maintains an approved vendor list, and we're happy to work with the providers you already trust.

Examples of services we coordinate (present as examples, not an included list):

  • Lawn and landscaping, pool service, house cleaning, pest control
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman and repair work
  • Other services your home requires

Secure Shield arranges and oversees these services; the work itself is performed by the service provider.

You Stay in Control

Routine services are handled for you. For anything above the spending amount we agree on with you in advance, or outside your service plan, we check with you before scheduling. You set the guidelines; we handle the details.
